A cosy, first-floor apartment of 60 sq.mt. in a small building dating back to the ‘60s, located in one of the most residential, safe and quiet neighborhood in Rome, the Balduina. The area is close to Vatican Museum and St. Peter Basilica, just 15 minutes walking.
The apartment is excellent for families and friends to live your holiday in total freedom and autonomy. It offers 2 bedrooms with double bed and a comfortable living-room with a double sofa-bed, that is up to 6 people sleep, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Free Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, Sky TV, Air conditioning, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, toilet paper, washing machine and washing –up liquids; snacks for breakfast, coffee and tea.
Smoking accepted.
Cleaning fee: €20
The owner lives nearby in case of problems.
Payment: As soon as we receive your booking via e-mail, we will send you our bank details for the bank transfer as the 30% of the total should be paid in advance. The balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.
Please be advised that the depositi s totally refundable if you cancel the booking within 60 days before your arrival. Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable.
The location has good transport links with a Metro Station (Cipro-Musei Vaticani) in 10 min. (800mt) walking, a city train station (Proba Petronia-Appiano) and many bus lines.
If you like we can book a taxi or a NCC for you; we know them personally and they are reliable and English-speaking
In the area: pub, bars restaurants, supermarkets, the Monte Mario Natural Park and the Observatory.
How to get:
from Fiumicino Airport: City Train FR1 from Fiumicino Airport to Roma – Trastevere Station, then FR3 train from Roma- Trastevere Station to Proba Petronia-Appiano Station, then walk 350mt.
From Termini Station: METRO A (BATTISTINI) to Cipro-Musei Vaticani Station and then walk for 800 mt. or bus 913/907/990 for 2 stops.
