In the heart of Rome, located in Trastevere, near the districts of Testaccio , St. John and Monti. Very close to the famous Trastevere station (1 min walk) and the metro Piramide. The apartment offers 1 bedroom comfortable and quiet with a double bed (plus ‘ bed for the 3rd person) , kitchen , 1 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchenette and a small terrace. WI FI . TV.
From Fiumicino you just have to take the train FR1 or FR3 and get off at Trastevere station with the same train in 1 minute you will be in St. Peter’s. The property is located just minutes from Ostiense Station you can reach by train from Trastevere. From Pyramid with only 4 metro stops will be at the central station Termini . The area is’ full of restaurants , taverns, pubs , art galleries and monuments. The Museum of Contemporary Art Macro is 50m as well as the famous market Portaportese located just below the house . Room cleaning every 3 days The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.
You can use the fridge and other appliances: microwave, washing machine, kettle, but in principle not ‘freely allowed to cook.
Smoking is possible on the terrace and in the event of a severe cold in the living room, we prefer not to smoke in the room so as not to soak the room with the smell of cigarettes disturbing guests who do not smoke.
You have the keys to your room and the bathroom that is at your disposal throughout the entire stay. There are no times of entry and exit, but if you get up early you can have breakfast in the bar below in the Convention.
